The service includes the transaction free of charges, of the material requested to your home (only Spain).
CONDICIONS FOR THE DELIVERY AND REPRODUCTION OF GRAPHIC MATERIALS
1- the present conditions for the delivery and reproduction of the graphic materials is subjected to the Law 22/1987 of November 11 that it will govern among the parts.
2- RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION. It is the patrimonial right that corresponds to the "Arxiu fotogrŕfic Ramón Manent" to allow the exploitation of its work, and it covers the right to reproduce, to publish or to copy everything partly the photographic material surrendered by the "Arxiu fotogrŕfic Ramón Manent", inside the conventional conditions, either the impression, photographs, projection of slides, photocopies, for artistic reference, illustration, scale model, presentation, photomechanical reproduction, chemistry, electronic, internet or any other means.
3- the graphic materials are always surrended in deposit and in any case neither circumstance is given the client its physical property neither their rights of intellectual property or of author, but rather only the conventional reproduction right in each case, consequently the graphic material, it will always be returned.
4- THE RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION given the client will always be strictly limited to the use, period of time, territorial environment and, when it is of application, to the edition control, specified to the invoice of the "Arxiu fotogrŕfic Ramón Manent." Except from previously agreement, the reproduction right he/she refers to a single use, to a single impression, to a single publication and/or edition, to an only size, in a single language and in an only space.
5- THE RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION are given the client personally and this cannot subrogate them at third without a previous agreement, written, with the "Arxiu fotogrŕfic Ramón Manent."
6- THE given RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION, in any case and under any concept they can be a transaction object neither traded by the client that will only be able to use them for the purpose for which were acquired.
7- THE RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION given the client will always be understood as NOT EXCLUSIVE, unless in the invoice says the opposite and settle down the terms or the conditions of the sole right.
8- when THE RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION are given on graphic materials that reproduce works of art, objects or paintings that can be considered as such, the reproduction right it only belongs to the graphic material, independently of the possible royalties corresponding to the artist or to the owner of the reproduced work (museums, art galleries…) when these are recognized by the effective legislation, the Client will be the one that will have to secure those rights.
